•All meat ingredients are kept frozen from the farm to our plant to your door.
•Keep product in the freezer until the day before you want to serve it.
•Cold thaw the product in your refrigerator to keep it fresh
•Never thaw at room temperature.
•After serving food that has been completely defrosted, immediately place leftovers in refrigerator.
•Do not refreeze unused product.
•Feed within 48 hours for optimum freshness.
•Don’t feed product to your pet that has been thawed for more than 72 hours.
•Always wash your hands and all dishes, work surfaces, bowls, etc. with hot, soapy water before and after handling.
•We recommend using separate dishes, utensils, cutting boards, etc.
•Keep these foods away from children and separate from other foods.
